Job Description

  • Strong experience in managing a broad range of corporate actions (compulsory and voluntary) across different asset classes and securities; experience with investment funds is considered a plus;
  • Processing, control and timely communication of corporate action announcements to clients in English and French; Spanish is a plus;
  • Management of deadlines, client responses and instructions to custodians;
  • Reconciliation and accounting of Corporate Actions transactions;
  • Management and follow-up of claims with custodians and brokers;
  • Investigation and resolution of breaks, discrepancies and complex cases;
  • Contribution to operational controls, risk mitigation and continuous improvement of processes;

Qualifications

Your assets to succeed:

  • CFC Diploma in banking, a minimum;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Native French speaker with a good command of English; Spanish, an asset;
  • Specific knowledge of corporate actions and general banking operations;
  • Very good command of Corre banking systems; T24 Transact knowledge, an asset;
  • Great precision, work methodology and rigor;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
