Job Description

• Proactively maintain and develop a portfolio of self-acquired IAM clients with focus on your Market ;
• Manage direct relationships to own IAM clients;
• Monitor your pipeline according to the objectives (individual & team);
• Strengthen the competitive capacity (value proposition) by reviewing the service offer and services dedicated to IAM, as well as the pricing policy;
• Ensure that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation formalities are met and maintained to a high standard at all times including client identification documentation (CDB), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms;
• Lead IAM client meetings (e.g. documentation formalities, compliance, other requests of the client);
• Actively ensure that operational account management is undertaken professionally, with all tasks/system alerts cleared directly;
• Actively maintain client key data to ensure CRM and other data sets are correct for good maintenance of the relationship;
• Follow-up and review of existing IAM Market clients; 
• Manage day to day operating task in collaboration with the team;

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Wealth Management with specialization in the Independent Asset Managers market;
• Bachelor's/Master  degree in Finance or Business Administration or any other equivalent diploma;
• Excellent knowledge of regulations;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
• Autonomous, discreet and trustworthy;
• Team player and ability to quickly establish professional relationships;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in French and English, Spanish would be an asset;
• Very good command of Work & Excel;
