Mirabaud Advisors advised the shareholders of Houdry-Grenot and its subsidiary Emica on the sale of their companies to the Batibig Group

Paris, Thursday 16 July 2026 – Mirabaud Advisors advised Philippe and Stéphane Dao, shareholders of Houdry-Grenot and its subsidiary Emica, on the sale of their businesses to the Batibig Group, a specialist in building renovation and maintenance backed by Siparex and EMZ.

Recognised for their expertise in plumbing, heating, ventilation, roofing, flue systems and air conditioning, Houdry-Grenot and Emica stand out for the expertise, versatility and performance of their teams operating across the Paris region. Their focus on employee development and apprenticeship training, combined with a commitment to operational excellence demonstrated by numerous Qualibat certifications, has established them as recognised players in their market.

Founded in 2005 by brothers Charles and Justin Bignon, Batibig is a leading provider of multi-technical building maintenance and renovation services in the Paris region. A buy-and-build platform developed over some 20 years and through [more than 50] acquisitions, the Group now generates approximately €350 million in revenue and is backed by its financial investors, Siparex and EMZ. This transaction forms part of its strategy to consolidate technical building services and strengthens its offering in ventilation, flue systems and air conditioning.

The combination presents natural commercial and technical complementarities, which the parties intend to develop progressively and pragmatically, while respecting the existing operating models and the identity of the companies.
