Founded in 2005 by brothers Charles and Justin Bignon, Batibig is a leading provider of multi-technical building maintenance and renovation services in the Paris region. A buy-and-build platform developed over some 20 years and through [more than 50] acquisitions, the Group now generates approximately €350 million in revenue and is backed by its financial investors, Siparex and EMZ. This transaction forms part of its strategy to consolidate technical building services and strengthens its offering in ventilation, flue systems and air conditioning.
The combination presents natural commercial and technical complementarities, which the parties intend to develop progressively and pragmatically, while respecting the existing operating models and the identity of the companies.
