Accessibility statement
What is accessibility?
Directive (EU) 2019/883 of 17 April 2019 (European Accessibility Act), which comes into effect at the end of June 2025, aims to ensure that products and services are accessible to people with disabilities.
It applies to all types of disabilities, whether physical or mental, and is mandatory across all sectors of activity, including the banking sector.
Digital accessibility, in particular, aims to ensure that website content is perceivable (visual and auditory perception should be facilitated), operable (services must be usable by people with any type of disability), understandable (information must be comprehensible to everyone), and robust (content must be compatible with assistive technologies).
Accessibility Statement
The Mirabaud Group is fully committed to complying with these requirements, with the goal of making its website https://www.mirabaud.com easily accessible to everyone.
The Mirabaud Group has therefore launched an accessibility audit of its website based on the requirements of the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA) version 4.1 and the European standard EN 301 549 v.3.2.1.
The conclusions of the audit will then guide the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
This statement will be updated periodically as the website becomes compliant.
