The General Assembly and the subsequent lunch will take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, in the Salon Rhône.
Programme:
Afternoon (3pm - 5pm)
Geneva has a long tradition in conflict mediation and humanitarian work, rooted in its sense of neutrality and excellence. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) belongs to the many institutions based in Switzerland that work for a better world and has its headquarters in Geneva, where it was founded in 1863.
The ICRC's Director-General Robert Mardini will honour us by guiding us through the main building, in the rooms that have witnessed significant moments in history. You will also have the possibility to visit its renowned museum.
Founded in Geneva by Henry Dunant, the International Committee of the Red Cross will celebrate 160 years of existence in 2023. It is one of the most widely recognised organisations in the world, having won three Nobel Peace Prizes (in 1917, 1944, and 1963). Since its creation, its sole objective has been to ensure protection and assistance for victims of armed conflict and strife.
Evening (7pm - 10pm)
According to Mirabaud Managing Partner Lionel Aeschlimann, "an art collection is only of real value if it can be shared." He will be delighted to open our doors and guide you through different floors while sharing his passion with you.
This exclusive visit will be followed by a cocktail party on our Headquarter's rooftop.
Through its diversity and scope, the collection built up over time, reflects a pluralistic approach to our shared history and to the world today. Whether through painting, photography or sculpture, the Mirabaud Collection bears the signature of an audacious institution that transcends the centuries with an eye to the future. The artworks include pieces by world famous artists such as Olafur Eliasson, Thomas Ruff, Marina Abramovic, General Idea, Allan Mccollum, Christian Marclay or Not Vital as well as several emerging artists.

Some 2,500 watches, automata, precious objects and portrait miniatures on enamel invite the visitor on a fabulous voyage through five centuries of Genevan, Swiss and European horological art, as well as proposing a panoramic view of Patek Philippe’s production since 1839. The museum also has a library with over 8000 publications on time and time measurement.
