Job Description

Manage client reports across all entities of the Group with respect to Mirabaud guidelines and standards, in a timely manner and given deadlines :

• Establish and structure investment proposals for prospects and existing clients of the Group
• Provide portfolio overviews on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis or on demand
• Develop highly customized reports for marketing purposes and client meetings
• Produce consolidated reports with data obtained from different sources such as banks, family offices or other providers
• Brief and debrief with Relationship Managers related to client meetings

Ensure consistency of data, respect of legal and marketing guidelines :

• Conduct appropriate controls and reporting processes to reduce risks and error rates
• Interaction in a regular basis with the experts in the different departments of the bank
• Update and organization of the library of documents produced
• Participate in the implementation, development and testing of the new client reports

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree;
• 5-10 years' experience within a bank in Switzerland, in a similar function;
• Very good understanding of financial instruments;
• Strong interest in financial markets;
• Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, attention to details and well organised;
• Excellent time management, able to perform well under pressure;
• Strong team spirit;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written), good command of French, any other language (Portuguese, Spanish German) is an asset.
