Job Description

As part of the creation of a new transversal team, we are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Asset
Management Operations department. This team is responsible for overseeing the administrative, regulatory, and
operational aspects of our fund range, covering both Long Only (UCITS) and Private Assets (AIF}, domiciled in
France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, as well as our private investment vehicles (club deals, SCSp, HoldCos).
 

Key Responsibilities
Fund Governance

• Oversee the organization of fund board meetings in coordination with third-party management companies.
• Review and validate board materials (agendas, board packs, resolutions).
• Follow up on decisions taken and coordinate post-board actions.

Administrative Oversight of Funds and Private Vehicles

• Coordinate FATCA/CRS filings, RBO and RCS registrations, etc.
• Lead the organization of board meetings for GPs, HoldCos, and Luxembourg SCSp structures.
• Monitor regulatory and statutory obligations of the vehicles.

Support for New Product Launches

• Actively participate in the structuring and launch of new UCITS and AIF funds.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, distribution, finance) and external service providers (Manco, central admin, depositary).
• Monitor constitutive documents and registration processes.

Oversight of Key Service Providers

• Monitor the performance of Mancos, central administrators, and depositaries.
• Review SLAs, KPls, and manage incidents.
• Participate in steering committees or service provider review meetings.

Operational Support and Reporting

• Contribute to internal and regulatory reporting.
• Participate in process and tool improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regulatory watch on topics related to funds and vehicles.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent;
• 3 to 7 years of experience in asset management, ideally in a similar role (fund governance, operations, legal structuring);
• Strong knowledge of UCITS and AIF fund structures, particularly Luxembourg vehicles (SCSp, GP, HoldCo);
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team spirit, autonomy and proactivity;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
