Job Description

To assist our Social Responsibility Investment team in Paris, we are offering an internship covering the following tasks: 

  • Perform ESG assessments using Mirabaud AM’s proprietary framework.
  • Design and implement engagement strategies with investment teams.
  • Conduct ESG-focused engagements with company management.
  • Monitor engagement progress, track targets, and document outcomes.
  • Contribute to stewardship reports (e.g., PRI, UK Stewardship Code, Active Ownership Reports).
  • Monitor and help ensure compliance with SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and French ESG regulations.
  • Contribute to the drafting and updating of ESG/SRI policies and fund documentation.
  • Assist with ESG-related client requests and support sales meetings.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Sustainable Finance, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of ESG/SRI principles, responsible investment strategies, and financial markets.
  • Familiarity with key regulations and frameworks: SFDR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Article 29 LEC, TCFD, SASB, PRI, etc.
  • Comfortable with data analysis; proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
