Job Description

As part of the Finance team, you will assist in the processing of periodic & transaction fees for WM entities:

• Setting up of fee codifications for new accounts;
• Entering tariff exceptions;
• Processing tariff corrections and fee reimbursements;
• Processing, calculating and debiting periodic commissions;
• Processing account closing fees
• Prepare calculations linked to external asset managers and business introducers
• Prepare fee follow-up dashboards for RM

Qualifications

• CFC in banking or equivalent;
• Proven experience in a similar position (min. 3 years);
• Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word...);
• Knowledge of Temenos, Power BI or SAP knowledge a plus;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, willingness to learn and train;
• Fluent French & English;
