Job Description

A day in your future job:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Cloud and ensuring that related systems and networks are running smoothly;
  • Lead and manage (planning, workload, absences, annual reviews, recruitment and training) a team of cloud professionals, including engineers (Azure, O365 and Power Platform) and operation managers;
  • Ensure the delivery of cloud platform engineering, operations, and security services;
  • Ensure that Cloud Infrastructure monitoring is in place for run services;
  • Define, develop and maintain the automation (infra as code) processes and CICD (Terraform) pipelines (Azure DevOps) implementation
  • Work closely with Platform Managers (Cloud, Data and Security) to implement the governance and strategy;
  • Measuring and Optimizing Cloud Costs: monitor cloud spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and promote efficient resource utilization;

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of IT management or project management;
  • Bachelor degree in computer engineering or related field;
  • Similar Previous experience or proven knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Products;
  • Advances proficiency in people management processes, including recruitment, performance management, coaching and conflict resolution;
  • Leadership and team spirit;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Fluent French and English;
  • Swiss domicile;
