Job Description
Support the HR Business Partners as well as the Recruitment Team with all administrative tasks such as:
- Interview and meeting scheduling.
- Establishment of contracts, amendments, exit letters, work certificates and various attestations.
- Collect documents and prepare new joiner employee files.
- Prepare various reporting, as needed.
- Organize candidate’s visits in the headquarters.
- Support employer-branding initiatives.
- Publish job openings on the various platforms and perform first applications screening in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist HRBPs with performance management tasks including collecting and processing year-end evaluations.
- Administrative management of the end of trial periods.
- Document disciplinary measures (e.g. performance improvement plans, warnings etc.).
- Continuously collaborate with the HR Team to improve processes and governance.
Qualifications
- Commercial diploma / Apprenticeship Degree with a certification in the HR field, in Switzerland.
- A min. of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position, in Switzerland. Experience in Financial services is a plus.
- Knowledge of Swiss Labor Laws and Swiss Social charges.
- Fluent in French, min. B2 level in English (written and spoken).
- Deep knowledge of MS Suite, including Excel (incl. pivot tables)
- Team player, detail-oriented service oriented, able to bring new ideas, autonomous and discreet.
