Job Description
Mirabaud Asset Management is looking to hire an Analyst for the Real Estate franchise. You will be afforded a lot of responsibility looking after this crucial function where you will support : fundraising, investor relations, investments, portfolio management.
As an Analyst, you will play an integral role accross all aspects of investment and fund management, from participating to the fundraising process to the ongoing management of existing and prospect projects. You will also be expected to deal with technical matters around fund performance, track record, product development, competitor analysis and other projects.
Main responsibilities :
- The permanent monitoring of some 20 partner developers: operational, financial and organizational performance;
- Financial modelling of investment projects studied by the team;
- Monitoring the deal flow of projects;
- Assistance in negotiating shareholder agreements and covenants with the developers;
- Preparation of investment committee files;
- The contribution to the implementation of investments;
- Participation in MIRABAUD project meetings with developers;
- The preparation of investment project monitoring sheets;
- The preparation of quarterly reports to investors.
Qualifications
- Strong academic record: First-rank business or engineer’s school;
- Experience (min. 3 years) in real estate: asset management, development, audit;
- Excellent marketing, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (detail oriented);
- Pro-active and motivated team player (a selfless attitude to share expertise across internal stakeholders);
- Bilingual (English/French): proficient writer with faultless English and French language skills;
- Capacity to work independently; well organized; strong analytical mindset;
- Able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind-set, highly self-motivated and a high degree of stamina to work within a high energy and focused team environment.
