Job Description
The Corporate & Income team is responsible for managing of all types of corporate actions in Switzerland and in foreign subsidiaries and announcing related tax.
- Management of all types of corporate actions (compulsory and voluntary);
- Entry, control and sending of announcements to our customer (in English or French, Spanish is a plus);
- Management of deadlines, client responses and instructions to custodians;
- Accounting for transactions;
- Management of claims with different brokers;
Qualifications
Your assets to succeed:
- CFC Diploma in banking, a minimum;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Native French speaker with a good command of English; Spanish, an asset;
- Specific knowledge of corporate actions and general banking operations;
- T24 Transact knowledge, an asset;
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Trustworthy and stress resistant.
