Job Description
A day in your future job:
Fund Management
- Portfolio Management: investment and disinvestment Committees organization, follow-up and minutes, Quarterly Portfolio Review meeting organization, Reporting, policies, procedures and SLAs updates, ad-hoc requests handling;
- Valuation: perform the valuation of the real estate portfolios, support to the Conducting Officer, and oversee the work of external valuer(s) and auditors in this area;
- Marketing: liaise with the Distribution team during registration and deregistration; pre-marketing; notification or de-notification; investors reporting reviews.
Oversight
- Initial and Periodic Due Diligences, on-going monitoring (including KPI analysis), service quality follow-up of all delegates and providers;
- Fund: fee monitoring, invoicing follow-up, budgets, cash flow.
Governance
- Board Meetings: Coordinate the Funds and General Partner's Board Meetings, prepare various supporting documents, compile the AIFM Board pack and portfolio management documentation, and organize and coordinate board activities for non-regulated structures;
- CO Meeting: prepare and issue the private assets funds sections in collaboration with the conducting officer;
- Internal Audit: portfolio management and private asset audit reviews follow-up and recommendations followup.
Project Management
- Investors onboarding and Fund closing: coordination with sales and transfer agent; preparation of legal documents for the Fund Closing;
- Creation and/or Liquidation of structures: regulated or unregulated, in coordination with the different internal teams, legal, ops, marketing, etc;
- Ad-hoc private assets projects support and follow-up: fund extension, closure, prospectus updates, etc.
Qualifications
Your assets to succeed:
- University degree or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years' experience in Asset Management / Management Companies / Bank
- Expertise in Private Assets' products knowledge and skills in Luxembourg funds operations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mid-size business environment excellent communication, excellent organizational skills and a businessoriented mindset, proficiency in problem-solving
- Fluent in English and in French
