Job Description

A day in your future job:

  • Lead the annual compensation round, including salary and bonus review;
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, including HR costs and headcount forecast;
  • Manage Long-term incentives;
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Ensure Compensations & Benefits practices comply with Group guidelines and local regulations;
  • Accompany HR Business Partners and Managers on all compensation-related matters;
  • Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and alignment of employee compensation data;
  • Produce regular KPIs & ad-hoc reporting.

Qualifications

Your assets to succeed: 

  • Bachelor un Finance or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in a similar position in a bank (min. 5 years)
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word...)
  • Excellent written and verbal coomunication in French and in English
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, willingness to learn and train, very good analytical skills, confidentiality, very good interpersonal skills
