Job Description

  • Ensuring the operational readiness of infrastructures;
  • Overseeing data backup operations and system security (e.g., user permissions, security rules, etc.);
  • Managing installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software;
  • Evaluating system performance and recommends improvements;
  • Taking charge of resolving system incidents and issues;
  • Supporting technicians and engineers in their activities;
  • Ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with the directives of the Headquarters (data management, application of security principles, etc.);
  • Assisting and advising the Product Owner on infrastructure-related matters and related operations;
  • Participating in cost control and budget management related to infrastructures;
  • Supporting the Vendor Manager in supplier management;
  • Ensuring compliance with the bank's established IT practices (methods);
  • Ensuring that recurring tasks are orchestrated and executed correctly;

Qualifications

  • IT Degree;
  • Experience in infrastructure operations management;
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus ;
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes;
  • Possessing strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams within the organization;
  • Fluent in French and English, other languages an asset.
