Job Description
A day in your future job:
- Keeping entity & Group accounts in accordance with local rules and drawing up statutory and consolidated financial statements;
- Monitoring and updating the budgets and forecasts of the Mirabaud Group's entities;
- Participate to the reporting to the CFO and the Executive Committee, including ad-hoc complex analysis;
- Coordinate and supervise finance related tasks such as payment of invoices and expense reports, calculation of commissions;
- Supervise / Prepare direct and indirect tax statements;
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers, including external audit and implement recommendations;
- Supervise / Prepare calculations linked to external asset managers and business introducers (internal or external);
Qualifications
Your assets to succeed:
- University degree;
- Good knowledge and experience of French accounting standards and of the insurance business in France
- Proven experience of several years (min. 10 years) in a similar function, including French regulatory reporting in a banking institution or as an external auditor in the banking sector;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, willingness to learn and train;
- Flexible, proactive, good resistance to pressure;
- Native French speaker with excellent English and Spanish language skills;
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word...) Temenos & SAP knowledge a plus.
