Job Description

  • Open new securities and financial instruments, including securities, funds, commodities, and treasury (manual and semi-automatic);
  • Modify existing values and financial instruments (manual and semi-automatic);
  • Close expired, inactive, and zero values and financial instruments (manual);
  • Control and monitor securities based on daily, EOM (End of Month), EOY (End of Year), and specific lists;
  • Monitor the updating of prices and ensure timely corrections when discrepancies occur;
  • Oversee the quality control of information transferred to the database and address inconsistencies proactively;
  • Lead process optimization initiatives for securities and financial instruments operations, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational accuracy;
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding the integration of new financial instruments and database updates;
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards;
  • Provide strategic input on system enhancements, liaising with IT and external providers to prioritize and implement changes;
  • Participate in project management activities, including planning, resource allocation, and progress reporting for initiatives related to securities and financial instrument operations;

Qualifications

  • At least a CFC in Banking;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Position;
  • Knowledge of data tools such as Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters, GT Data;
  • Proficient in Excel, knowledge of Access a plus;
  • Very good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Autonomous, Rigourous, trustworthy & stress resistant;
  • Fluent French & English;
