Job Description

Define the Roadmap of specific platform under your responsibility according the stakeholders vision – “on-premise” (technical) infrastructures - storage systems, VMs and networks in the context of dematerialisation and zero-trust security, Zscaler for networks, … working closely with Security and Azure product managers.

  • Align processes, goals, and priorities with the different stakeholders;
  • Define the service catalog and Business Service Agreement for support;
  • Manage innovation and anticipates technological developments;
  • Monitor incidents and problems relating, and reports to management;
  • Establish, measure, and define the platform goals and ensure its adoption;
  • Take responsibility of the platform budget;
  • Draw up and communicates an action plan to implement and develop the platform;
  • Lead and supervise the teams responsible for delivering the platform;
  • Make grow the individual teams as product experts;
  • Responsible of the Platform Lifecycle process and his enforcement by the teams;
  • Work with the production team to ensure smooth and seamless productions according to the defined SLA;
  • Contribute to the development of the overall "products" strategy that supports the bank's priority initiatives;
  • Make the link between the platform’s strategy, the development and operations;
  • Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company.

Qualifications

Your assets to succeed:

  • Proven experience in the role of Platform Manager or a similar function;
  • Good experience in the banking industry or a similar one;
  • Degree in computer engineering or a master’s degree;
  • Sound business judgement, the ability to identify the business objectives, develop and implement a business strategy on projects;
  • Must have a proven ability to prioritize workload and dynamically problem solve and work with minimal direct supervision;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and under pressure environment;
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others;
  • Fluent in French and English, other languages an asset.
