Charter

Transparency is a key value for all financial players. Consequently, Mirabaud has adopted a Charter of Corporate Social Responsibility that defines the commitments and mission of the Group, as well as its approach to sustainable development. The guiding principles of this charter are transparency, respect for the law, a long-term vision, strict risk management and the avoidance of conflicts of interest. The Group lives up to its responsibilities by continually adapting its corporate governance to ensure that it is always in line with its values

Corporate Social Responsibility Committee

Mirabaud has set up a Group Corporate Social Responsibility Committee comprised of members of executive management and representatives of the primary support units. It develops and implements a social responsibility strategy within the company to ensure that the Group's values and mission are respected in all of its activities. All the committee's thoughts and considerations are guided primarily by economic, environmental and social aspects.

Human Resources

With regard to human resources, the Group offers a work environment dedicated not only to the personal and professional development but also to the well-being of each and every employee. It promotes mobility and training in the aim of creating value over the long term. Mirabaud is also actively involved in supporting equality between men and women in the workplace.
