Mirabaud has set up a Group Corporate Social Responsibility Committee comprised of members of executive management and representatives of the primary support units. It develops and implements a social responsibility strategy within the company to ensure that the Group's values and mission are respected in all of its activities. All the committee's thoughts and considerations are guided primarily by economic, environmental and social aspects.
With regard to human resources, the Group offers a work environment dedicated not only to the personal and professional development but also to the well-being of each and every employee.
