Founded in Paris in 1974, the Contemporary Art Fair gathers together some of the most important modern and contemporary art galleries on the international scene. All media are represented: painting, sculpture, photography, installations, videos, performance art and digital arts.
FIAC brings together almost 180 galleries from some 30 countries representing around 4,000 artists from every continent. The 47th edition, initially scheduled in October 2020 at the Grand Palais, sadly has been postponed and will take place from October 21st to 24th 2021 at the Grand Palais Éphémère on the Champ-de-Mars.
Mirabaud’s partnership will extend to the "Hors les Murs" ("Beyond the Walls") programmes, which allow artists to present works in public spaces and prestigious Parisian institutions.
Mirabaud's involvement in the FIAC art fair is further evidence of its active support for contemporary art and is the ideal complement to the art collection the Group has been building up for the last several years and the various partnerships which connect it with artistic institutions.
Reflecting on mankind's place in the world and engaging with artists are exactly the values that have guided Mirabaud since its foundation over 200 years ago.
