Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and member of the London Stock Exchange, Mirabaud Securities Limited in London offers financial research, broking and advisory services specialising in the corporate sector, notably in the field of the capital markets. It has operated representative offices in Geneva and Zurich since 2011, serving companies, financial players and investment professionals in Switzerland.
Subject to the supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), Mirabaud operates in Switzerland under the name Mirabaud & Cie SA, while Mirabaud Asset Management (Suisse) SA houses the core asset management services and funds of the Group. In terms of its brokerage offering, it is represented in Geneva and Zurich by the representative offices of Mirabaud Securities Limited in London. In addition, Mirabaud offers financial planning and occupational pension services to private individuals, senior executives and entrepreneurs through LPP Gestion SA.
