Mirabaud Human Resources has developed a training catalogue covering technical training in collaboration with the Institute for Studies in Finance & Banking (Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire, ISFB), as well as training courses that foster the development of other skills, especially soft skills. This is a unique offering for a bank of our size.
The Junior Operations Programme is a prime example of our corporate philosophy of being a "learning organisation". Within this context, Mirabaud offers young talents with a federal banking diploma and higher, a five-year training programme featuring internships within different areas of the operations division (transfers, securities/fund administration, middle office). During this course, employees undertake training culminating in a Diploma in Banking and Finance HF from the ISFB. The course also includes a secondment of at least one year with one of our overseas branches.
