Since AIM was established two decades ago the mining sector has enjoyed a series of dramatic rallies. This has brought a surge in trading volumes and new investment opportunities. The mining team at Mirabaud is strongly positioned to guide investors through the sector’s large number of quoted and unquoted companies. Whether it is base metals, precious metals, bulk commodities, strategic minerals or diamonds, Mirabaud has research and sales coverage.
The team has long experience of commodity cycles and remains dedicated to the sector. The growing number of corporate clients is testimony to the rapid growth the team has enjoyed over the years. This has been underpinned by the placing capability of the sales team, which is central to the corporate relationship. Mirabaud has a long-term view of the sector and seeks to grow with its clients as the early funding works through to the bottom line. This often involves companies at an early stage in their development, guiding them through pre-IPO, IPO and project funding.
