Strategic engagement. The M&A Advisory Group based in London provides financial advisory services to clients internationally. We advise on corporate acquisitions and disposals, related financings, strategic alliances, joint ventures, restructurings and valuations.
Our clients range from publicly-listed multi-nationals to financial sponsors and family-owned businesses. The team’s expertise covers a range of sectors globally including business services, financial services, industrials, natural resources, real estate and transportation & logistics. We advise on both public and private transactions. Transaction size per se is unimportant. Whilst we are comfortable advising on deals of over $1 billion, we will equally advise on much smaller transactions if we can see the opportunity to add sufficient value in providing a solution to a client's problem.
Each of our M&A partners has over 20 years’ experience gained both at leading international investment banks as well as smaller, independent advisory firms, offering an invaluable range of exposure. The partners are closely involved in all aspects of our client work with at least two partners on each project in order to deliver consistently high levels of service and best advice both at Board level and in transaction execution. The partners are supported by a dedicated team at Associate and Analyst level with whom we have worked for many years.
M&A is our single overriding focus. We are receptive to clients' challenges and not prescriptive as to solutions. We listen without pre-conceived ideas. Our partners have collectively advised on hundreds of M&A transactions in Europe, Asia, America and Africa. Complementing these capabilities, we have an extensive set of relationships with corporations, institutions, capital providers and intermediaries worldwide.
